Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

- Items sold on Black Muzzle K9 are fulfilled and shipped by other companies. Black Muzzle K9 is not responsible for any shipping delay, carrier damage, or loss of your order. Once the items are given to the carriers, the items become their responsibility and Black Muzzle K9 cannot be held liable.

- Because there are different companies shipping Black Muzzle K9 products, there will be different shipping periods for different products, and some items in your order may ship at different times in order to get the items to you as fast as possible. You will receive different tracking numbers for each item that may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

- In the event the customer provided an incorrect address and the product is returned, the customer will not receive a replacement. Any orders shipped to invalid customer supplied addresses and not returned to us are final and will not be replaced.

- Please check your junk email if you have not received a tracking number once the item(s) has shipped.

- In the event the customer provided an incorrect email address for your order, please contact us at blackmuzzlek9@outlook.com and we will provide you with the tracking information.
